Preston coaches 2x a month- 1 2-Hr Masterclass and 1 1-HR dedicated HOT SEAT Q&A call for strictly coaching. But... Preston will know everything that happens behind the scenes for each member in Stretch.

Preston will be meeting with your individual coaches multiple times per week, hearing of your individual progress and co-creating your personalized Stretch with your dedicated coach. 

Everyone says the same thing: "I came for Preston and I fell in love with my coach and my group."

Shame hides. And your small groups will be deliberately designed to trigger the parts of you that have been hiding from.  With your Marco Polo app, you will have access to tap into your group at any moment throughout the 4 months, and plenty of opportunities to be coached on your triggers or challenges.

Given this is a GROUP program, we all go through the content at the exact same time and take on our 22 Stretches as a team. 

Your weeks will consist of a live call (either with your small groups or coaching with myself), as well as weekly recorded content and check-ins with the Facebook Group and Marco Polo app. This tribe will be your FAMILY by the end of 4 months. 

Accordingly, please allow for roughly 3-4 hours a week total to engage, implement your group or individual Stretches and receive coaching. 

We have had people from all over the world inside of our Stretch 22 program. Currently, the Masterclass Coaching calls with Preston are scheduled for Wednesdays, 2:30 PM CST and are subject to change based on our final student count and their timezones.

We have coaches in a variety of timezones throughout the world, and deliberately create your 1:1 head coach and small group to accommodate your particular time zone.

Yes! If you absolutely must give up your seat before Stretch 22 begins, you may do so and receive a refund on your deposit minus a $250 holding fee.
